Terms & Conditions for Business Customer Competition
- Eligibility: This competition is only open to business customers of Form IT Solutions. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the organiser are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Requirements:
- Spend a minimum of £500 (excluding VAT) on a single transaction between 14th June 2024 and 14th July 2024.
- The purchase must be completed within the competition period.
- Prize: One winner will receive a 2024 Euro Shirt of their choice.
- Entry Process:
- Eligible purchases will automatically enter the customer into the draw.
- Only one entry per business is allowed, regardless of the number or value of additional purchases.
- Draw Details:
- The draw will take place on 15th July 2024.
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within five business days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within ten business days, another winner will be selected.
- Prize Collection:
- The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of winner confirmation.
- No cash alternative is available.
- The winner must provide their shirt choice and size upon notification.
- Data Protection: By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with our privacy policy. The data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition.
- General:
- The organiser, Form IT Solutions reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
