The problem

Our old email platform desperately needed to be replaced. Alongside that our Microsoft software licensing was proving difficult to stay on top of, with various versions of software deployed and only manual processes in place to manage it.

Our solution

Working with the experts from Form IT we migrated to Office 365. Now our Microsoft Office app deployment and licensing all happens in the Office 365 cloud portal which allows seamless management of all the services in the 365 suite.

The result

Since we’ve been using Office 365 the daily overhead of looking after multiple email domains and countless Microsoft products has reduced to virtually zero. We now have a robust and scalable cloud based platform on which to grow the business.

How we help Sports Information Services transform their IT

SIS (Sports Information Services) deliver live betting channels on a 24/7 basis, providing operators with profitable short-form content throughout the day with a betting event every three minutes. We provide end-to-end solutions which include live streamed pictures, data, on-screen graphics with betting triggers, prices and derivatives – to any time zone via satellite, web streaming or IPTV.

The problem

Operating across three sites, with data centres in two of them and many web-facing applications, we wanted to satisfy our auditors, providers and customers that we were both aware and in control of our security position, taking appropriate and proportionate action where required.

Our solution

External and internal penetration testing, combined with an element of social engineering, provided SIS with a highly detailed report that was used to drive behaviours, investment decisions, and tangible changes to their operation from both a process and technology perspective.

The result

Information Security is now embedded within the organisation, with a mature set of policies and standards, changes to roles and responsibilities and more importantly – raised awareness and cultural change within the organisation.

Old end of life System , Faulty units that didn’t report fault as they were not Broadcasting in desperate need for a competitive solution that was centrally managed with good performance and longevity.

The result

We have a new cost effective wireless solution implemented ready for the students to return back to school in September. This replaced our end-of-life system with a Wifi 6e solution giving us current technology while coming in cheaper than competitors solutions.
